Shrimp Skewers with Grilled Vegetables

Barbecue Grilled Vegetables.  Put on a grill the produce such as sliced zucchini, beans, asparagus, baby carrot, red onion and sliced egg plant till soft using a fork which is about 3 or 4 min’s.  Have sliced tomatos un-cooked.  Right after grilling, you can add sea salt and pepper for all, fresh thyme for the carrots, oregano and sprinkle of chevre parmesan cheese on the eggplant, zucchini tossed with a touch of curry, green beans lightly buttered, and asparagus with orange zeal.  Serve it along with cooked radicchio that has a sprinkle with balsamic vinegar, and also fresh arugula which has a touch of lemon juice, olive oil and dash of salt.

Barbecued Grilled Shrimp.  Put the shrimp with olive oils, red-pepper, lemon zest juice, basil, salt, and some pepper for about twenty minutes.  Slide on the skewer and barbeque grill on each side for two to three minutes.  Eat and indulge.

Suggestions:  As the shrimp is in the marinade this may become a good moment to prepare any other snacks.  You actually may cook these items individually or use skewers.  Barbeque grill the greens first, then add the shrimp later on, the shrimp will grill quickly.
