It really is official – the 2010 Santa Margherita Great Taste Challenge is open and ready to obtain your entry!  Back for its second year, the recipe and wine pairing contest is the right solution to share your exclusive recipe and Santa Margherita wine pairing.

Not too often does an even come along that is ripe to enter for those of us that adore the pairing of our best recipes and great wines…this is one of those rare events! This is a celebration of our love of what happens when the right foods meet the perfect wines!

If you simply adore a great food and wine experience, this is going to be an absolute must!!!

Entering the contest is simpler than ever – check out www.santamargherita.us/Contest and follow the actions to upload your entry.  All you need to start off is 1 of one’s delicious recipes that pairs perfectly with Santa Margherita Prosecco, Pinot Grigio, or Chianti Classico.  Record a quick video of yourself with your completed recipe, explaining your inspiration behind the dish and why you feel it truly is the perfect Santa Margherita pairing.  Upload the video and your recipe towards Santa Margherita site and you also are inside contest!

The three finalists will win a 2-day journey to Chicago to compete in the Great Taste Challenge Finale on the Chicago Gourmet Festival on September 25th.   The Great Taste~ Challenge Winner will likely be awarded an thrilling 3-day journey for two to Los Angeles, and dinner with Top Chef Fan Favorite Fabio Viviani!
